Orders and Shipping

Can I send candy to multiple addresses with one order?

Yes! In order to have your candy shipped to two or more addresses, please call us at (888) 376-3152 to place your order by phone.

How do you ship your candy?

Hall's Candies is dedicated to providing the best possible shipping solutions for all our customers. When an order is received, all packages are readied and shipped within 24 hours. Most shipments are delivered via FedEx. However, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail are additional carrier alternatives.

How do ensure care of your candy in your packaging?

We package our candies with the utmost care, but please be aware that candy is perishable and is susceptible to all manner of weather (heat, humidity, cold, etc.) We cannot control what the carrier does with your package, but do encourage that the correct shipping address is provided upon placing your order and that someone is able to accept the package upon first delivery attempt. If no one is available to receive the package, please ensure that the package is not exposed to the elements when delivered.

What is the status of my order? When will it arrive?

We want you to receive your candy in the quickest time possible, so we typically ship orders on the same day or within one business day. You can track your candy shipment by logging into your Hall's Candies account. Select "View Order" on the order you wish to track, then click "Shipments" and "Track this Shipment."

I live locally. Can I order online for local pickup without paying shipping?

We typically do not allow local pickups, but can make exceptions based on availabiliy. If you would like to pick up your order locally, please call us at (888) 376-3152.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Money Orders.

Is my online order secure?

Absolutely! We are a verified merchant and employ the latest encryption to offer you the most secure buying experience!


I have an allergy. What ingredients are used in your candy?

The ingredients of our candies vary product to product, so please refer to the "Ingredients" label on each package. However, please note that all candies are processed with the use of shared equipment, so they may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, and/or wheat. If you have any questions regarding a specific allergy, please call us at (888) 376-3152.

Is your fudge gluten-free?

Hall's fudge is gluten-free, but please note that it is processed in a facility with use of shared equipement, and therefore may contain trace amounts of wheat. For more information, please call us at (888) 376-3152.



Does your candy contain preservatives?

Our fudge and peanut brittle do not contain preservatives.

Do you offer candies that are sugar-free or dairy-free?

Unfortunately, we do not offer sugar-free or dairy-free products at this time.



How many pieces of fudge come in 1 pound?

There are 16 squares of our delicious fudge in every 1 lb. box of fudge!

How should I store the candy?

We recommend storing the candy at room temperature (60°F to 70°F).

How long does your candy last?

Our brittle boxes and brittle bags have a shelf life of 5 months, our fudge boxes have a shelf life of 3 months, and our chocolate-covered products have a varying shelf life; Oreos and brittle products have a 5-month shelf life, while pretzels and marshmallows have a 2-month shelf life.
